I tend to forget that I live within 15 minutes of a rural(ish) area near Amsterdam. On my way home from work, I decided to take a ride down along the Amstel in the hopes of catching some nice sunset clouds. I was disappointed with the weather. The passing clumps of cumulus quickly turned into a blanket of grey. As I was heading home, just ahead of the rain, I became interested in variety of textures in fence on the edge of this field. Within a few minutes, I had visitors, which proved to be slightly more interesting to shoot.
